The Chandler Governance Group (CGG) joins the Rwanda Governance Board (RGS) at the launch of the Rwanda Governance Scorecard (RGS) 13^th Edition in Kigali, for a joint session on the key insights for Rwanda and Africa from the Chandler Good Government Index (CGGI) 2026. Drawing on the RGS 13^th Edition and findings from the CGGI 2026, the session places Rwanda’s national governance data in an international comparative context, highlighting where the results converge and differ, and fostering dialogue among participants on how national and international measurement frameworks can inform policymaking. It also highlights broader governance trends across Africa, offering insights into Rwanda’s performance relative to its regional peers and opportunities to strengthen governance effectiveness and improve outcomes for citizens.
